Common questions

Before you order.

View all products
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style for most ceramic tableware. For custom decals, logos and packaging, the practical minimum is around 500 pieces per design. Smaller test runs are often possible — ask us.
Do you offer private label / OEM?
Yes. We apply your logo by decal or underglaze print, pack to your specification and supply to your brand. Your tableware carries your brand, not ours.
Can I get a sample before bulk?
Yes. We produce physical samples in about 7–10 days. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
What materials do you work with?
Bone china, new bone china, porcelain, stoneware, dolomite and vitreous china — in glazed, matte, hand-painted and reactive finishes.
Are your ceramics food-safe?
Yes. Our glazes are lead- and cadmium-free and pass FDA / LFGB / SGS food-contact tests. We can supply test reports on request.
What are your production lead times?
Bulk production is typically 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on the finish and decoration. We confirm a date when you order.
How is quality controlled?
Every order is inspected against an agreed AQL standard — we check glaze finish, size tolerance, chip resistance and decoration registration.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide by sea or air freight (ceramics ship well in reinforced export cartons). We quote FOB or door-to-door (DDP).
